Manage members

Organization admins manage members from organization settings.

Invite by email

  1. Open organization settings.
  2. Select Members.
  3. Choose Invite.
  4. Enter the email address.
  5. Choose role and workspace scope.
  6. Send the invite.

Pending invites can be resent or revoked.

Invite links are useful for controlled onboarding. Keep invite links scoped and rotate them when they are no longer needed.

Scope workspace access

For each member, choose either:

  • All workspaces.
  • Selected workspaces.

Use selected workspaces for contractors, customer-specific teams, or limited project access.

Change role or status

Admins can update member role, deactivate users, remove users, and adjust workspace scope. Removing a user should be coordinated with token and credential rotation if that user owned automation.

Require two-factor authentication

Organization settings can require two-factor authentication. Members who have not enrolled must complete MFA before continuing.

If a member loses access, an admin can reset their two-factor setup.
