Notion

Connect a Notion workspace and Tiden reads the pages and databases you share, then drafts structured product requirements from them — kept in sync as your docs change. Every requirement links back to its source Notion page.

The Notion connection is read-only: Tiden never creates, edits, or deletes anything in your workspace.

Connect Notion

1. Add the connection. From the Notion connections gallery, add Tiden and authorize your workspace.
2. Share your content. In Notion, share the pages or databases you want Tiden to read with the Tiden connection. Notion only exposes content you explicitly share.
3. Create a data source. In Tiden, open the product you want to populate and create a Notion data source, then choose a database or a page to import.
4. Run enrichment. Tiden reads the content and drafts requirements on a review branch — structured specs, not a copy-paste.
5. Review and merge. Approve the proposed requirements; each links back to its source Notion page.
6. Stay in sync. Re-run anytime. Tiden detects changed pages and updates the matching requirement, with full version history.

What Tiden imports

• Databases — each page becomes a requirement, enriched and de-duplicated against what already exists.
• Pages — Tiden generates a structured requirement tree from the page and its sub-pages.

Tiden stores the generated requirements plus a link back to each source page. It does not keep a verbatim copy of your Notion content.

Permissions

Tiden requests read-only access and can only see the pages and databases you explicitly share with the connection. To revoke access, remove the Tiden connection in your Notion settings, or disconnect it in Tiden.

Troubleshooting

• Tiden can't see a page or database. Make sure it is shared with the Tiden connection in Notion (open the page → ••• menu → Connections → add Tiden).
• A requirement didn't update. Re-run the agent. Tiden only re-processes pages whose content changed since the last run.
